Oral Health Tip of the Day. Did you know most people only brush their teeth for about 30 to 45 seconds? That is not enough time to properly remove plaque. Aim for two full minutes, twice a day using a soft bristled toothbrush. One easy trick is to set a timer or play a short song while you brush. It makes the time go by faster and helps build a healthy habit. Small daily habits lead to healthier smiles.
