Making Your Nashville Orthodontic Treatment More Enjoyable

Achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is a commitment that may take several months or even years. To make the process less tedious and more enjoyable for all our patients, Braces by Dr. Ruth has created several games and reward programs. No matter what your age or how long your treatment plan is, we want you to look forward to your every visit. Get a chance to win amazing prizes from our Token Program or show-off your talent with our T-Shirt Design Contest. We even hold a Patient Appreciation Party every summer to let you know how much we care about you.

Token Program

You can earn up to 5 tokens during each visit and use them to redeem amazing prizes!

Earn one token for meeting each of the following goals:

• Teeth must be spotless
• You must be on time at your appointment
• Nothing can be missing or broken from your braces
• Wear your Braces by Dr. Ruth’s T-Shirt

Meet all four requirements above for a bonus token.

What can my tokens earn me?

• 5 tokens = Travel toothbrush, regular toothbrush or three pre-pasted toothbrushes
• 10 tokens = Travel toothbrush kit, booklight, lanyard, mani/pedi kit OR nail polish
• 20 tokens = Mouthguard, earbuds OR cellphone charger on the go
• 50 tokens = $10 gift card, wireless speakers, night guard, OR headphones
• 65 tokens = Two movie tickets
• 80 tokens = Gas card, $20 restaurant gift card, OR above all gift card
• 120 tokens = Tablet, water flosser, two tickets to the Nashville Zoo OR two tickets to Nashville Shores

Super Cool Kid’s Club

We want to make sure you are getting rewards even before you begin treatment. The Super Cool Kid’s Club is only for patients who are in the observation program. If you are not quite ready for treatment, you will be provided with a Kid’s Club card to bring to your next recall visit. This will allow you to participate in our monthly drawing to win great prizes.

It’s so easy to get involved:

• Pick up the official Braces by Dr. Ruth Club Card at the front desk. This card is for patients in our growth and development program.
• Have your children bring their Club Card to each appointment and they’ll be automatically entered to win amazing prizes from our biannual prize contests. Nothing will make braces more fun than a new iPod, a gift certificate for a shopping spree, or a sports package.

T-Shirt Contest

Every year, our patients get to show off their artistic talents with our T-shirt design contest! The design contest winner will receive a grand prize, have their work on display in the office with previous winners, and all patients will receive a T-shirt to wear to their appointments as a way to earn tokens.

The T-Shirt Contest rules are as follows:

• Must have “Braces by Dr. Ruth” in the theme
• Only use three colors in the design
• Must be drawn on paper (8½ x 11 in)
• Please use colored pencils or crayons
• Entries must be received by the date provided by our team annually
• NO Trademark designs or markers allowed

After the design submission deadline, we ask our patients, friends, family and community members to vote on the designs. There is a grand prize winner, 2nd place winner, and 3rd place winner that will be rewarded and recognized for their achievement. The winner will be announced at our annual Patient Appreciation Party during Summer Break.

Patient Appreciation Party

Every year, during Summer break, we throw a party for all our patients to show our gratitude for trusting us to care for their braces! Patients, their friends and family can come out to enjoy free food and fun entertainment. Plus, we’ll reveal the new T-Shirt Contest design winner and hand out the new T-shirts for everyone to take home and earn more tokens.
